Healthcare With a Personal Touch

In addition to providing access to outstanding facilities and providers, we make member satisfaction one of our top priorities. We are here to help you with everything from explaining your benefits to finding the right provider. We offer the following services to all SelectHealth Advantage members:


Member Services

Our local member service representatives can answer your questions and help resolve your concerns. Member Services has a “one and done” philosophy with the goal to resolve your issue on the first call.

Contact Member Services at 855-442-9940 (toll-free). TTY users should call 711. Our customer hours are Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.


Selecthealth Member Advocates®

Member Advocates can help you find the right provider for your needs and schedule an appointment. Call 800-515-2220 weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can also view a full list of providers at selecthealthadvantage.org/providers.


Disease and Care Management

Trained registered nurse care managers are available to assist you with various health concerns and can help coordinate services between providers and patients.

Our care management programs offer educational materials, follow-up phone calls, and can help you navigate the healthcare system.Care management covers many health care conditions some examples are:

  • Cancer
  • Diabetes
  • Asthma
  • Heart Disease
  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Depression
  • Hepatitis C

For 2016, we have only been able to establish in-network provider contracts for this new hearing aid benefit in these two plan regions. We hope to be able to offer the benefit in other plan regions in the future.
